The theme of the event is Creating value through engaged management scholarship. The EMS 2022 conference gathers doctoral students, alumni and faculty from Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) programs to focus attention on the acceleration of engaged management research and evidence-based management. EMS 2022, which celebrates the 12th anniversary of the Engaged Management Scholarship conference, will be hosted in person by Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico from September 8th to 10, 2022.
